Supervisor Training for Safety and Health [For Supervisors, Managers, and Site Responsible Persons]

The foreman who directly supervises workers at the job site holds a very important position in ensuring the health and safety of workers, thus requiring training as a manager. While it is common for employees to go externally to acquire qualifications, our instructors can visit your company, making it possible to gain qualifications internally. "Foreman Training" is the education mandated by Article 60 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, which must be conducted for individuals who are newly appointed as foremen at the workplace. This training is aimed at those engaged in the construction industry, as well as certain manufacturing sectors, electrical/gas/automotive maintenance, and machinery repair, who will assume the role of foreman (supervisor) or directly supervise work.
